Since the introduction of the SIA Licensing law 2003, a Level 2 National Certificate in Door Supervision is required in order to work in the security industry. The qualification and experience you get through the training will cover:

• The roles and responsibilities of a Door Supervisor
• Communication, skills and conflict management
