Food Safety in Catering Level 2 EDI Award

Objectives:
To provide food handlers with an appreciation of the fundamentals of good food hygiene practice and to equip them with the practical skills necessary to work safely with food.
Examination:
Candidates are assessed by an examination paper consisting of multiple choice questions to be completed under examination conditions. Candidates who will pass the examination will receive a Level 2 certificate for Food Safety in Catering from the EDI.
